Musical Theater Through the Ages

Wednesdays 1-2pm; 8 weeks; Ages 12+
 
Students will get an overview of the history of musical theater in the United States.  Starting with the traditions on which musical theater is based, students will learn about culturally significant theaters, producers, writers, composers, and performers.  Students will explore the genre using a multicultural perspective.
